ACCOUNT CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle AR, responsible for daily Accounting Operating.
•  Ensure timely preparation and updating Quotation, Transport Rate, Sales Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Official Receipt etc.
• Resolves customer complaints and other matters.
•  Ensure timely preparation of monthly Overtime Record.
•  Performing basic office tasks, renewal of road tax and insurance.
•  To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
•  Assist in daily operation and answering Incoming calls.
•  To maintain accurate, complete and timely recording of all financial transaction of the company.
• To prioritise and react according to the urgency of things.
• Perform any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess SPM / Diploma / Advance in Accountancy or any equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
•  Knowledge in accounting system such as Autocount Accounting System will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A responsible person , proactive , positive working attitude.
• Available to start immediately or able to join in short notice.

• Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 5.45pm
• Friday: 8.00am - 6.00pm
