Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and update process documentation including work instructions, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor process performance and implement process control measures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process-related problems and implement preventive actions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing appropriate production processes and parameters.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company quality standards and safety requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Familiar with quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
