Junior Executive

工作職責：

負責招募流程的全程管理（職缺、篩選履歷、面試協調）
準備僱傭文件（新合約外籍勞工）
負責新進員工的入職培訓和職前指導。
協助員工辦理福利登記（PERKESO）和終止福利手續。
維護外籍勞工檔案，更新資料庫，並確保文件歸檔妥當。
協助日常人力資源運營，包括文書和行政任務。
負責每月薪資結算流程的準備和管理。
保存外籍員工的每日考勤記錄。
準備人力資源政策和程序文件。
協助準備薪資單，提供相關數據，例如病假、缺勤和休假記錄。
更新人力資源資料庫，包括新員工入職、離職、休假和其他變更等員工資訊。
處理與外籍勞工相關的事宜，包括住宿、薪資和福利。
履行辦公室行政職責和人事相關任務。
處理紀律處分事宜（警告信、申辯信、輔導信、解僱信等）
協助外籍勞工辦理工作許可證及續約手續。
管理員工福利和索賠
執行上級交辦的其他任務。

要求：

至少需要1-2年相關領域的人力資源工作經驗。

擔任此職位。

能夠在不斷變化、任務繁多且截止日期緊迫的環境中獨立工作。
積極的態度和抗壓性。
現有全職職缺，急聘。
精通微軟Excel和Word。
能夠在快節奏、高壓力的環境中工作。
良好的溝通和人際交往能力
注重細節，做事有條理，能夠在極少監督下獨立工作。
