Human Resource Executive (Urgent Hiring)

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
• Prepare employment documents (New Contract Foreign worker)
• Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
• Assist with employee benefits enrolment (PERKESO) and cessation of benefits upon termination.
• Maintain records for foreign workers, update databases, and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Support daily HR operations, including clerical and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain daily attendance records for foreign workers.
• Prepare HR policy and procedure documentation.
• Assist payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as MC, absences and leave records.
• Update HR databases with employee information including new hires, resignations, leave, and other changes.
• Handle matters related to foreign workers including accommodation, compensation, and benefits.
• Perform office administrative duties and HR-related tasks.
• Manage disciplinary matters (warning letters, show cause letters, Counselling letter, termination, etc.)
• Assist with work permit and renewals for foreign workers.
• Administer employee benefits and claims
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years of HR working experience in the related field is required

     for this position.

• Ability to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
• Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
• Full-Time position(s) available. URGENT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
