Senior Executive

責任

跟進總部和展廳分配的銷售線索和客戶。
與客戶會面，了解他們的需求、偏好和生活方式。
準備二維和三維圖紙、設計方案和報價單
與團隊成員合作，共同發展創意設計概念
規劃、管理和執行項目，以按時完成。
在展場和展覽會接待到店顧客
進行現場考察並撰寫現場報告
與內部部門、客戶、承包商和管理層協調合作
負責售後服務及客戶跟進
協助收款
根據安排執行臨時任務

我們正在尋找什麼

SPM/文憑/室內設計、建築或相關領域的學位
1-2年相關工作經驗（也歡迎充滿熱情的應屆畢業生！）
精通英語、華語和馬來語
（需使用國語與講國語的客戶溝通）
熟悉 AI House、SketchUp 或類似設計軟體
積極樂觀、注重細節、主動性強，並且具有良好的團隊合作精神。
