Project & Service Administrative Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule service jobs, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Act as the main contact between customers, service team, and management.
• Prepare service reports, job orders, and necessary documentation.
• Monitor service progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions.
• Maintain proper records of service activities and parts used.
• Support service team with administrative tasks and resource planning.

Job Requirements :

• Posses at least SPM or Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Required Languages in Bahasa Malaysia , English & Mandarin ( Preferred )
