QC Technician

Aa a QC (Quality Control) Technician is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. Their duties include conducting tests, inspections, and measurements on materials and products during various stages of production. They identify defects, document findings, and work with production teams to address quality issues. QC Technicians also maintain testing equipment, analyse data, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines to uphold product quality and safety.

Job Description:

• Outgoing check sheet preparation & checking.
• Verify & buy off WIP, FG before packing/shipment.
• Verify NC part in house, customer complaint feedback.
• NCR preparation, raise CAR, NCR to related department.
• Key in data, daily outgoing, NCR, CAR and etc.
• Assisting QC leader & inspector, supporting for their daily job routine.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have qualification in Quality/Technical/Engineering basic knowledge & above.
• Able to use measuring equipment, Calliper, PP, VS, etc.
• At least 2 years in Metal Stamping or relevant industry, or Quality Control sector.
• Willing to do OT or travel upon request by Superior.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
