Senior Executive

你將要做什麼

為旅遊技術系統提供一級支持，包括 GDS 平台、報告工具和中後台應用程式。
透過設定係統存取權限、配置使用者角色和權限、提供基本培訓以及維護更新的使用者文件來管理新使用者入職。
透過配置跨平台所需的系統設置並確保準確的客戶資料設置，支援新客戶的入職流程。
與外部供應商和內部利害關係人協調，回報未解決的技術問題，並協助實施系統改進。
監控系統效能、計畫報告、報告儀表板和數據準確性，以確保日常營運順利且有效率。
根據系統升級和新功能實現的需要，參與用戶驗收測試 (UAT) 活動。
開發、更新和維護使用者手冊、標準操作程序 (SOP)、培訓材料和技術文件。
根據經理或主管的安排，履行其他職責。

我們期待什麼

資訊科技或相關學科的文憑或更高學歷。
具備支援業務系統以及與軟體供應商和內部利害關係人協調的經驗者優先考慮。
歡迎具有相關實習或計畫經驗的應屆畢業生申請。
歡迎經驗有限但對系統支援和技術有濃厚興趣的求職者申請。
優先考慮會說普通話的候選人。
