INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (Kuching, Sarawak)

Job Responsibilities

• With audit team perform full audit cycle including risk management and evaluation of operations, financial reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to facilitate audit processes and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present audit reports with findings and documentation.
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements, risk mitigation, and cost savings. 
• To follow up on corrective actions for audit finding.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and best practices.
• Perform special audits, investigations and ad-hoc reviews as required.
• Assists in planning audit scope, annual plans, and administrative tasks and process improvements.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess a recognized Degree in relevant fields Accounting / Finance / Information Technology / Legal / Engineering.
• A strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS office applications.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
