RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operations of the academy
- Handle inquiries, registrations, and scheduling
- Maintain records and coordinate with coaches & parents
- Oversee billing, payments, and academy logistics
- Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all weekly and daily report are up to dates and accurate
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration (sports/education is preferred)
- Proven work experience in customer service related is highly preferred
- Computer Literate – particularly with Excel
- Prefer detail-oriented person
- Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
- Possess own transport
Work Days & Hours:
Wed to Fri: 1pm - 9pm
Sat & Sun: 9am - 9pm
