Who Are We?

Delitea is a fast-growing F&B company with over 18 years of experience.

We supply 400+ types of beverage ingredients & machines to cafes, restaurants, and eateries – and we support them with menu design, staff training, branding & marketing.

Now we’re looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Delitea HQ – KIP, Kepong.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin
Own transport
Good work ethics, positive attitude & communication skills
Team player, problem solver, can work independently
Outgoing, enjoys engaging with customers and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Basic computer skills (Google Drive, MS Office, Email)
SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
At least 1 year of sales experience

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and promote Delitea’s products & services
Meet customers and present product solutions
Identify customer needs and close deals
Handle inquiries & prepare quotations
Follow up on orders, payments, and after-sales service
