Junior Executive

Job Description

Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards, accreditation, internal and regulatory/ legal requirements .
Manage the audit program to ensure all nonconformities raised by external audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
Lead the team to ISO certification and in achieving target for customer and business goal.
Organize and managing internal and external audits, work with all section head for improvement.
Ensure that QMS documentations are organized and retrievable.
Determine impact and required changes when documents are created or revised.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, review and improvement of internal processes.
Keep up to date on quality standards, regulations, issues and news within the industry.
Responsible for accuracy and timely calibration of monitoring and measuring devices .
Manage and monitor 5S housekeeping in workplace .
Drive safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work.
To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Qualification :

Diploma in any related field
Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively with other function teams
Able to work in a team and individually
Able to work under the environment with fast tempo
Good attendance and punctuality to work

In year 2013, our company was grow up and we open for the 2nd phase for injection moulding process for machinery less than 200 ton and follow 3rd phase in year 2015 for injection moulding for machinery more than 200 ton, robotic spray process and assembly line for automotive parts.

For Medical Device Division, officially opened in December 2014 specialist in the assembly process of catheter for medical purpose, inspection and vacuum packing the products to ship locally and export.
