Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with site safety practices and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it meets design, quality, safety, and budget specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Prepare and submit all project-related documentation and claims in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building).
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
• Preferably with minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Required skills: ability to read and interpret construction drawings, familiarity with site management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Preferably an intermediate-level executive with specialization in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
