Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Enforce site safety compliance (OSHA 1994 and relevant regulations).
• Daily safety inspection, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety induction, and monitor high-risk activities.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident investigation.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with main contractor and relevant authorities on safety matters.

Requirements:

• Must have NIOSH Safety & Health Supervisor (Yellow Book).
• Minimum academic qualification: Diploma / Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) / Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) / Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent (MQA-recognised).
• Familiar with HIRARC, Permit-to-Work, PPE enforcement and safety reporting.
• At least 2 years construction site safety experience.
• Must have CIDB Green Card
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
