社群媒體經理負責創作獨特且引人入勝的內容（文字和影片）與粉絲分享，並管理社群媒體平台上的帖子，回覆粉絲的提問或評論。您將協助客戶全面管理品牌形象，以實現行銷目標。

您需要密切關注社群媒體和網路/數位趨勢及科技。您的溝通能力必須出色，能夠以創意和創新的方式傳達客戶的觀點。您需要管理客戶的社群媒體帳號，目標是提升客戶參與度並增加網站流量。

職責

負責監督和品質控制內容日曆、社群媒體文案、社群媒體廣告和社群管理的視覺製作。
為即將開展的行銷活動制定策略，並為潛在品牌和現有品牌持續執行策略。
指導、培養和培訓團隊成員，使其成為一流的社群媒體策略師和內容創作者。
積極貢獻解決方案，以改善流程和實踐。
確定社交關鍵績效指標和衡量標準。
確保計劃、活動和項目及時制定和執行。
研究基準和受眾偏好的最新趨勢。
密切關注社交媒體、設計工具和應用程式領域的流行技術和趨勢。

職位要求

在代理公司或客戶公司擁有社交媒體方面的實際工作經驗。
具備內容創作和客戶管理的實務經驗。
在以下領域擁有卓越的技能：
文案撰寫
溝通
分析
多工處理
能夠製作創意社群媒體內容（Facebook、Instagram、X、LinkedIn、TikTok 等）。
深入了解所有社群媒體管道和網路行銷工具。
