Affiliate Specialist (TikTok / Influencer Marketing)

Job Description:

• Identify and source suitable affiliates based on different products and campaign requirements
• Conduct outreach and build connections with affiliates (DM, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Negotiate and coordinate collaborations with affiliates
• Guide affiliates on content direction, key selling points, and campaign requirements
• Follow up and ensure affiliates complete video production and publish content on time
• Monitor content quality and performance, and provide feedback when necessary
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with affiliates
• Support ongoing campaign execution and ensure smooth communication between affiliates and internal team

Job Requirements:

• Experience in TikTok, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented
• Able to manage multiple affiliates and projects at the same time
• Familiar with TikTok content trends is a plus
