Senior Executive

職責/權限：

主要職責

作為技術控制人員的代表，負責專案規劃，包括模具、機械和人力；
制定生產線模具安裝計劃，確保生產車間達到每日/每月目標產量；
與設計團隊溝通，以獲得施工圖核准；
與設計團隊一起解讀圖紙並解決差異；
將每日生產計畫表發給總務員，由總務員上傳至ERP系統並分發給生產團隊；
安排/採購預製構件生產所需的材料；
制定每月/每週的生產和交付計劃、材料訂購、人力和機械安排；
準備並維護所有生產和庫存記錄，以確保根據項目要求累積足夠的庫存；
進行澆築前和澆築後檢查；
關閉並管理不符合項報告（NCR）和糾正措施；
分析品質問題的根本原因並實施糾正/預防措施；
調查並糾正實體庫存與系統記錄之間的任何差異；
監測並確保材料浪費量在目標範圍內；
處理並解決客戶投訴；
每月進行現場巡查，或根據客戶指出的缺陷需求進行巡查；
向生產和模具團隊簡要介紹現場缺陷，並提交關於已採取糾正措施的報告；
參加所有EHS巡視、檢查和會議，為安全的工作條件/環境做出貢獻；
執行管理階層不時指派的其他任務；
對於高階職位，他/她應該具備良好的領導能力和指導能力。

資源需求

至少5年混凝土預製件製造業經驗
至少擁有土木/結構工程學位
具備電腦操作能力，熟練使用微軟辦公室軟體或同等軟體者優先。
