你將要做什麼

定期進行安全檢查和審核，以識別潛在危險並採取糾正措施
提供安全訓練和研討會，向員工普及最佳實務和操作規程。
調查事故和事件，確定根本原因，並提出預防措施
確保公司遵守所有相關的健康與安全法規和法律。
維護與組織安全績效相關的詳細記錄和文件
與各部門負責人合作，制定並實施有效的安全政策和規程。
倡導積極的安全文化，鼓勵員工積極參與安全舉措

我們正在尋找什麼

至少3年安全或風險管理工作經驗，最好是在製造業領域。
精通職業健康與安全法規、標準與最佳實踐
具備優秀的溝通和人際交往能力，能夠有效地與各級員工溝通。
具備批判性思考能力，能夠識別風險並實施適當的控制措施
精通數據分析和報告撰寫，能夠追蹤和傳達安全績效
具備解決問題的能力和獨立工作能力，以推動持續改進
擁有相關的安全認證或資格（例如 OSH-C）將是一項優勢。
