Senior Executive

職責：

管理和監督與品質保證和品質控制相關的所有活動。
負責文件控制中心 (DCC) - 確保手冊、程序和表格的變更都得到及時更新和分發，並根據保存期限妥善維護 ISO 文件。
回應客戶投訴，並領導專案管理、生產倉庫和客戶之間的團隊解決問題和製定品質改進計劃。
審核並支援樣品檢驗，定期執行品質保證工作，以確保良好的品質控制。
對產品進行分析，找出根本原因，提出解決方案，調查產品質量，以便改善產品，從而提高客戶滿意度。
管理和監督測量和測試設備的校準，確保準確性並符合標準。
確定產品品質的關鍵績效指標。
準備並向管理層提交報告和指標。
積極處理臨時任務，並具備團隊合作精神。

要求：

工程學士學位/文憑（機械、製造或同等專業）
至少一年品質保證/品質控制工作經驗
能與各級人員有效溝通與協作，並積極主動。
出席率高，學習意願強，做事細緻認真，勤奮努力，誠實守信，自律性強。
熟悉ISO9001標準
