Senior Executive

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Daily production part inspection and prepare OQC report.
Perform sampling, inspection for incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), or finished/outgoing (OQC) products (Metal components/ engineering parts)
Perform First Article Inspection report (FAI) and measurement on the produced products.
Good work ethics.
Able to use QC measuring tools (pin gauge, digital calipers, microscope and etc).
Participate in any special project/task as assigned by direct superior or company.
Knowledge and experience of doing ISO 9001 procedure & internal audit.
Prepare monthly statistic report
Reply customer on CAR / rejection issue

The company was founded in 1978 by Lee Kum Weng as a small workshop in Segambut, outskirt of Kuala Lumpur. In 1992, Seik Lam was established as a Sdn. Bhd. (Private Ltd) company. Since then, the company's growth has been very encouraging. With prudence, it has weathered through several economic crises. It has since modernized with up-to-date CNC machineries and diversified into mass and batch production with a healthy market share both local and export. We are an established manufacturer of steel metal components in the market for more than 48 years. Our company produces variety of metal parts for engineering industries. With the expansion of business and the company is moving towards ISO 9001:2008 standards, we are welcoming interested candidates to join our group.
