要求

室內設計或相關領域的文憑/學位。
至少3年室內設計相關工作經驗。
熟練SketchUp、3D Studio Max和AutoCAD等室內設計軟體。
具備較強的空間規劃與設計概念化能力。
能夠繪製詳細的技術圖和製定技術規格。
國語和英語書面及口頭溝通能力優秀。
了解當地建築規範和法規。
能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。
較強的解決問題能力及注重細節。

責任

協助資深設計師根據客戶需求和專案要求制定設計理念和解決方案。
使用 AutoCAD 準備詳細的圖面、方案和規範，確保準確性並符合行業標準。
使用 SketchUp 和 3D Studio Max 建立 3D 模型和渲染圖，以視覺化設計概念並展示給客戶。
進行現場考察和調查，收集有關現有情況的信息，以確保項目準確執行。
與承包商、供應商和其他利害關係人合作，確保專案及時順利完成。
考慮美觀、功能和預算限制，選擇並指定家具、固定裝置、設備和材料。
協助進行空間規劃和佈局設計，以優化功能並創造美觀的環境。
用普通話與客戶、承包商和團隊成員進行有效溝通，以確保清晰的理解和專案目標的一致性。
