Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor sales targets given.
- Identify potential customers and set approach strategies. Customers are given.
- Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively.
- Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales executive.
- Good with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Outstanding communication and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- With a problem-solving attitude.
- Own transport to do sales.
