JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Trained in maintenance-related tasks, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly at any outlet requiring immediate attention.
2. Proficient in the use of basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, cutters, and other essential equipment.
3. Possesses solid knowledge of general maintenance procedures and best practices.
4. Demonstrates working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively from store-level staff up to Facilities Technician.
2. Possess basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and other building systems.
3. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating responsibilities and initiative.
4. Candidates with qualification in SPM, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia, or a Certificate in Electrical, Building Maintenance or a relevant field are welcomed to apply.
5. Experience with kitchen equipment maintenance is preferred.
6. Candidate must be willing to travel as and when required.
