Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive Sales Order from Sales Department
• Issue Assembly Order into system
• Check raw material and packaging material according to Sales Order
• Monitor NHF’s order stock level
• Submit requisition for raw material and packaging material from Purchasing Department
• Update Sales Department on incoming raw material and packaging materials according to purchasing schedule
• Issue Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) to Production Department
• Arrange sample test and sample flow product for R&D approval
• Coordinate lab testing with QC Department
• Obtain BMR approval from immediate superior (Mr Raymond Choo)
• Arrange hologram according to BMR record for Production Department
• Submit BMR and related documents to Production Department once materials are ready
• Handle formulation amendments (if any) according to system vs actual quantity
• Collect completed BMR from Production Department
• Distribute completed BMR according to categories
• Complete filing system for closed BMR cases
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments

Job Requirement

• SPM/Diploma / Degree in related field
• At least 1–2 years experience in planning role
• Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
