REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in procurement, shipping & logistics.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to delivery.
- Coordinate closely with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost effective shipments.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to secure best quality and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and secure efficient stock management.
- Support demand planning and secure smooth supply continuity.
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
