Costing Executive

Our respective client is a Malaysia-based company with over 25 years of establishment in the market, they are involved in design and manufacturing of metal frames, door and window. Due to the expansion, they are seeking talented candidates to be part of the organization.

Responsibility

• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports.
• Maintain and Computation of actual and standard costing.
• Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and standard costing.
• Compile and analyze product related costing and reporting.
• Calculate finished goods (FG) standard cost for selling price.
• Work closely with various sourcing departments to have BOM cost in time manner and accuracy.
• To check and monitor BOM to maintain standard costs, selling price, product structures is accurate.
• Perform and coordinate monthly physical stock count for raw material and work in progress, review and verify stock report.
• Responsible for preparing monthly cost consumption report.
• Responsible to review and update standard cost change from time to time.
• involved in yearly budget calculation for raw material consumption report.
• Strategic suggestions for process improvement.
• Any ad hoc analysis and reporting assigned by the superior.

Requirement 

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Accounting or any other related disciplines
• Able to speak and write in English/Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Good level of numeracy and costing understanding.
• Ability to work independently and in team with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
