Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (Full Set) to manage the full set of accounts independently from bookkeeping to financial reporting and knowledge of local accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements are required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Interest in digital advertising, e-commerce, or the TikTok ecosystem
• Comfortable handling data organization and repetitive operational tasks
• Prior experience with advertising platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or Facebook Ads
• Background in e-commerce or live commerce industries
• Ability to read and understand basic backend data in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination and supervision of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
• Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Monitor site progress and quality of M&E installations
• Attend site meetings and prepare reports
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety requirements

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and services
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
