Intro:

· Filing of annual return and financial statements with ACRA.

· Lodging changes that required to be updated with Registrar upon director’s approval

· Attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audit

· Assistance in assessing work procedures, providing feedbacks/suggestions for improvements and implementing improvement process, where necessary

· Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures

· Other ad hoc projects

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

· Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or those pursuing, as well as Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, is preferred.

· Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude and basic commercial acumen

· Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task

· Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team, including engineering-related quotations, technical clarifications, and proposal preparations

• Design and implement instrumentation solutions for refineries and petrochemical plants

About the Role

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Monitor, schedule and ensure regular vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Route Planning:

• Plan and optimize routes to avoid delays, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks.
