• Configure and support Oracle SCM modules and related business processes.
• Design and develop integrations, customizations, reports, and data migration solutions.
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, process, and data-related issues.
• Perform impact assessments for quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and system changes.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 3 end-to-end Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong business process knowledge in Supply Chain and Distribution, particularly: Order-to-Cash (mandatory), Procure-to-Pay
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including: Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchase Contracts, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Pricing, Order Management
• Experience developing integrations, customizations, reports, and extensions (RICE/CEMLI).
• Strong experience with: Oracle Integration technologies, Data Migration (FBDI, ADFdi), BI Publisher, OTBI Reports and Dashboards, PL/SQL, and SQL, Oracle SOA Suite / BPEL
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS architecture.
• Experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration is highly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting end-user environments is required.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to support business requirements gathering and regional operations.
• Willingness to travel when required.
