We are seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to lead the commercial and cost management aspects of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a large-scale, high-specification facility project.

This role will support the delivery of a technically complex development involving mission-critical systems, precision engineering, and stringent operational requirements. Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Estimation

• Develop, manage, and update detailed MEP cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct cost benchmarking and value engineering for critical building systems (HVAC, cleanroom environments, electrical infrastructure, ELV, BMS, etc.)
• Support design teams by providing cost advice during design development stages

About the role

This is a hands-on, people-facing internship at the front line of a new product launch. You'll be the person who finds neighbourhood shop owners, reaches out to them, and gets them interested enough to book a short product demo.
