Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Production Team, including planning, coordination
and execution of production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Source parts and components to support operational requirements while ensuring product
durability and reliability.
• Review and optimize work processes to improve operational efficiency, productivity and
service quality.
• Plan manpower allocation and assess team competencies to support current operations and
upcoming project requirements.
• Identify training and development needs for production personnel to enhance technical skills,
safety awareness and overall performance.
• Manage inventory control and stock availability, ensuring timely replenishment of materials
and equipment for ongoing projects and urgent work orders.
• Coordinate and monitor car park system deployment schedules, including work planning,
execution, testing, and delivery in accordance with sales order requirements and project
timelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve operational issues, improve workflow
efficiency, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and
organized working environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Review and approve Goods Issue Notes (GIN) prepared by Production Technicians to ensure
accuracy and proper documentation for project deployment.
• For private/commercial projects, prepare and finalize equipment lists, oversee production
planning and ensure proper system testing before deployment.
• For government projects, monitor project preparation, equipment allocation, inventory
readiness and deployment schedules to support operational demands and contractual
requirements.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree holder
• Experience in production operations, inventory management or project coordination.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across
departments.
• Knowledge of production workflows, inventory control and operational planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and compliance standards.
