·        Support periodic forecasts and long-range planning exercises, incorporating operational, market, and financial assumptions.

·        Partner with business and operations teams to understand drivers of performance and translate them into financial forecasts and scenarios.

Ø  Financial Analysis & Decision Support

·        Deliver in-depth financial and performance analysis, including trend analysis, sensitivity analysis, and KPI monitoring across the group.

·        Provide actionable insights on profitability, cost structures, working capital, and capital allocation to support strategic initiatives.

·        Support M&A, investment, and strategic projects through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and post-investment performance tracking.

Ø  Systems& Process Improvement

·        Maintain and enhance ERP and EPM systems to support efficient consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

·        Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency across group finance processes.

·        Participate in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

Ø  WorkExperience

·        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or corporate finance.

·        Strong hands-on experience in group consolidation, management reporting, and financial analysis.

·        Experience supporting M&A, business combinations, or strategic projects is preferred.

Ø  Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·        CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

Ø  Skills

·        Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

·        Proficiency in ERP, consolidation, and planning tools, with an interest in process and system optimisation.
