Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory matters.
• Perform accurate data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle order processing: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cancellations, etc.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and billing documents in coordination with the accounts team.

The main purpose of the role is to support the system administration part to carry out day to day task of troubleshooting and deployments as scheduled.
