ServiceNow is currently seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer base, and ensuring these customers continue to get value from the NOW Platform. The candidate will be an individual with a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation ideally over the telephone within a Business-to-business (B2B) capacity.  They will collaborate with their team of Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota and build the future of ServiceNow sales talent.

What you get to do in this role:

• Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
• Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial  Accounts.
• Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow solutions map to these.
• Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline
• Follow the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand within existing accounts and ensure contract renewals
• Collaborate with an extended team and coordinate resources necessary to further sales cycle such as Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Partners etc.
• Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, strategic account plans etc.
• Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings and Renewal Rates
• Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required.

ServiceNow is looking for a Global Account Solution Consultant to focus on the all global opportunity for specified Global Account in multiple Industry and establish relationships with customers and prospects in that account for the global market.

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting AI Platform, Technology Workflow, Employee Workflow, Customer Workflow Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for all of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

Role Expectations:

· Orchestrate and lead the core and global internal technical resources in the execution of the global account plan including technical strategies and solutions.

About the role

Rystad Energy is seeking a VP, Account Manager (Head of Sales – Japan & Korea) with experience in subscription sales and managing sales teams to take on the immediate responsibility of sales and strategic account management for the Japanese and Korean markets, coupled with the responsibility of managing a sales team. This role will report to Head of Sales, Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Rystad Energy’s research offerings to companies/organizations within the energy sector in Japan and take on the management of the Japan & Korea sales team as we grow our business in these markets
• Develop and execute product-driven and segment-focused client acquisition strategy
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
• Engage with, present & pitch to prospective clients (“prospects”) daily, while adopting a consultative and solution-oriented approach in order to win new business
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams – Marketing, Product, Research, Client Training and Services – to drive engagement with prospects and close deals
• On successfully bringing in new clients, manage the client accounts to ensure renewal of services as well as growth through upselling/cross-selling of offerings
• Constantly promote the Rystad Energy brand and values externally in all interactions with prospects and clients

Experience & qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• 8 to 10 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience within the Energy industry in Japan – specifically, experience in selling business or market intelligence services within the Energy industry in Japan
• Proven track record of surpassing sales revenue targets through a combination of new business development and existing account management
• A strong network of relationships within the energy, banking and government sectors that can be leveraged for new business generation
• Ability to engage with individuals across all levels within target organizations, including Senior Management/C-Suite
• Experience in internal stakeholder management – i.e., experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional and multi-national teams internally to drive prospect/client engagement and revenue generation externally
• Fluent in Japanese
