Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive (Malaysia-based, supporting Singapore operations)

Role Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive to support our Singapore operations.

This role is execution-focused and requires strong ownership, follow-through, and the ability to manage tasks independently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the bad debt recovery schedule on a daily basis
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables across assigned accounts

• Production Planning Execution & Coordination
• Assist Oversee the entire production process of precast concrete products including mold preparation, reinforcement placement, concrete casting, curing, and demolding, ensuring that production schedules are followed.

• Menyokong kerja Ad Hoc (Menghantar pekerja ke klinik @ Hospital, pergi ke KLIA & Kedutaan Bangladesh untuk urusan pekerja asing, Imigresen, kadangkala menyokong pasukan Operasi untuk menghantar kiub dari Ulu Choh ke Senai atau lain-lain)

• Untuk memastikan langkah berjaga-jaga mengikut prosedur Penghantaran EPSB
• Untuk memastikan semua pelawat/penjual berdaftar dengan betul

1. 宿舍管理

• 負責工人宿舍或住宿設施的日常運作。
• 確保旅舍環境乾淨、安全、維護良好。
• 定期檢查房間和公共區域。
• 監控員工入住率和房間分配。

2. 居民紀律與福利

• 確保住戶遵守宿舍規章制度。
• 處理居民之間的投訴或糾紛。
• 監督員工行為，並將不當行為報告給人事部門或管理階層。
• 在發生緊急情況或出現福利問題時，為工人提供支援。

3. 安全保障

• 確保遵守旅舍安全規程。
• 監控居民和訪客的出入情況。
• 確保遵守消防安全和疏散計畫等緊急程序。
• 請回報任何可疑活動或安全問題。

5. 維護協調

• 請向相關部門報告損壞或維修問題。
• 確保供水、供電、衛生設施等運作正常。
• 必要時協調維修工作。

6. 遵守政府法規

• 確保旅舍符合第 446 號法令的要求。
• 協助政府部門（例如，JTK/勞動部門）進行檢查。

確保工人遵守衛生和住宿標準。

7. 其他

• 支持臨時工作（派工人到醫院診所，前往吉隆坡國際機場和孟加拉國大使館處理外籍勞工事務、移民事宜，有時協助營運團隊將貨物從烏魯卓運送到士乃或其他地方）
• 支援保安
• 為確保遵循 EPSB 出貨程序，請做好防護措施。
• 為確保所有訪客/供應商已正確登記
• 頂替及協助保全人員－在保全人員缺勤期間
