Operations Manager who is willing to take on a challenging and demanding role. The position requires someone who is prepared to work long hours when necessary and is comfortable managing our wholesale/retail cum restaurant shop (2-in-1 shop wholesale and retail with F&B). The role is hands-on, and you may be required to assist in supervising our kitchen operations as part of your responsibilities.ย
You must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, able to handle pressure, and committed to improving both our wholesale/retail and restaurant operations. The job will also require working on weekends and public holidays. A strong sense of responsibility, independence, and teamwork is essential.ย

Job Description & Requirements
ยท Ability to work under pressure
ยท Manage, oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with operations standards and procedures
ยท Plan and develop business strategy
ยท Manage food cost & manpower cost
ยท Conduct pre-operational and regular checks of the kitchen
ยท Check and mange inventory and order stock when necessary
ยท Drive operational efficiencies of the restaurant by providing operational leadershipย
ยท Ability to recruit and hire a team who can carry out the operations work properly
ยท Approval of payroll for outlet before sending to HR department for salary processing
ยท Ensure food served is consistent and of high quality
ยท Maintain a cleanliness and sanitary environment especially at the kitchen area
ยท 6 days work per week
ยท Orders and pager monitoring
ยท Knowledge in setting-up or managing a foodcourt is a plus but not mandatory
ยท Manage multiple outlets, lead teams to ensure that all outlets are being operated efficiently and effectively
ยท Aid the management team in setting up of new outlets including identification of location, conceptualization, business feasibility studies, procurement, hiring as well as setting up of operational procedure
ยท With sound financial management skill to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget with high service standards
SKILLS REQUIRED:
ยท Proven food and beverage management experience
ยท Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
ยท Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
ยท Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

ยท Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
