6. Sokongan Acara & Operasi

• Membantu dalam acara syarikat, pameran bergerak, Kedai Pop-Up, promosi dan aktiviti pengambilan pekerja.
• Menyokong operasi bilik mesyuarat, bilik demo dan bilik acara apabila diperlukan.
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas operasi yang diarahkan oleh penyelia bagi memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar.

7. Pematuhan & Pengemasan

• Memastikan pematuhan dengan dasar, SOP dan garis panduan operasi syarikat.
• Mengekalkan kebersihan, pengaturan dan penampilan profesional kaunter dan kawasan perkhidmatan.
• Lindungi aset, wang tunai, inventori dan maklumat sulit syarikat.

Kelayakan:

• Tahap Minimum SPM
• Diutamakan wanita berumur antara 20-35 tahun, berpenampilan menarik
• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan
• Boleh berkomunikasi dengan berkesan dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Mandarin (Untuk berhubung dengan ahli dan pelanggan yang berbahasa Mandarin)

Job Responsibilities 

1. Prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting. 

2. Taking-off for quantities 

3. Estimation and Pricing of works 

4. Prepare Tender Document and Tender Calling 

5. Liaise with Clients, Consultants 

6. Attend Client Consultant Meeting(s) 

7. Prepare Interim Claims, verification of VO 

8. Prepare Final account 

9. Other duties as assigned by superior and manager 

Job Requirement: 

1. Candidates must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying. 

2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

5. Able to take-off manually & using softwares (Glodon, etc.)

Job Description

1. Handle data entry, verification, and filing of warehouse inbound and outbound documents for raw materials and finished goods.
2. Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems accurately and timely.
3. Assist in daily, monthly, and annual stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
4. Manage warehouse documentation including receiving notes, delivery orders, material requisitions, return forms, and transfer records.
5. Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and slow-moving inventory reports.
6. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, production, and finance departments for stock reconciliation and data verification.
7. Monitor abnormal inventory situations such as negative stock, shortages, overstock, and slow-moving items.
8. Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
9. Perform other clerical and inventory-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
