Job Responsibilities :
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements (IKA & LKA).
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with customers.
- To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development served in the assigned area.
- Track, monitor and analyze products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
- Knowledgeable and experienced to implement best practices to perform duties.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Job Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, sales or a relevant field.
- Candidate without Dip / Degree but with good experience in LKA/IKA handling are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Preferably 3 - 8 years of sales or key account management experience in FMCG
- Experience in handling MT accounts will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
