• Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects.

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) to join our team at Achievers Dream Learning Centre in the Bukit Timah Central Region. This is a contract to full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering good customer experiences to our students, parents, and educational partners. As a Customer Service Executive in the education industry, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries relating to our programmes, enrollments, course information, and student support services. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring that every interaction reinforces our commitment to educational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Parent Communication & Enquiries

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries from prospective and existing parents.

• Provide accurate information about the centre's programmes and schedules.

• Address parents' questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Student Enrolment & Lead Follow-Up

• Follow up with prospective parents who have expressed interest in the centre's programmes.

• Encourage parents and students to attend diagnostic consultations, trial lessons, and centre visits.

• Guide parents through the enrolment process and assist with registration matters.

• Maintain timely follow-up with leads and ensure no enquiries are missed.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Understand parents' concerns and learning goals for their children.

Join our Credit Product Delivery team and deliver seamless client experience for lending and trade finance. This role offers exposure across the Commercial & Investment Bank and the opportunity to develop in a dynamic, service-focused environment.

As a Credit Product Delivery Associate within Global Banking Client and Deal Support, you will be the primary contact for servicing matters for Trade and Loans clients, coordinate post-onboarding documentation, address client and internal queries, and support post-deal activities. You will partner closely with teams across Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver client-focused solutions, maintain a strong risk and controls framework and resolve documentation issues. Your work helps ensure accurate records, effective follow-up, and data-driven insights that enhance client servicing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure all post-onboarding client documentation are duly executed and records are well-maintained (e.g., board resolutions, authorized signatory updates, callback lists, etc.)
• Address both internal and client queries regarding credit/trade documentation matters in a prompt and timely manner
• Provide clear guidance to clients in getting Trade / Loan facility-related documentation reviewed and completed (for maintenance purposes)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues relating to client documents from a credit/lending/trade perspective
