Roles & Responsibilities

As Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities within the group of subsidiary companies. This position will report to the senior Group Finance Manager of the group. Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals, prepayments,depreciation and petty cash monthly journals.

*Complete management reporting activities such as analysis and reconciliation reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

At Enroute, we are looking for a Mid-Level Video Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team responsible for building, supporting, and optimizing scalable video streaming solutions.

The ideal candidate has solid backend development experience-especially with Node.js and hands-on familiarity with video technologies, adaptive streaming, and media delivery systems. This roll is perfect for someone who enjoys working with realtime data streams, video processing pipelines, and distributed systems.

You will work closely with video segments, APs, backend services, and streaming workflows that support video processing, analysis, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments, enjoys troubleshooting, and is passionate about improving performance and reliability at scale.

This role requires availability to support APAC time zones, with an expected working schedule between 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM (CDMX time). Responsibilities

Job Description 

NIQ Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities and market penetration. Sales is NIQ growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success. 

You will execute sales for new customers and existing accounts in own scope, securing a solid sales pipeline for the target solution and developing new revenue opportunities. 

You will be responsible for supporting a sales team in all business development efforts. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams to support driving sales and growth across a given scope. 

Responsibilities 

• Execute sales for new & existing accounts in own scope for IA/Consumer products/solutions securing a solid pipeline and unlocking new revenue opportunities. 

• Support to manager and broader sales team in business development and current account expansion efforts and acquisition of new accounts: 

• Sales intelligence and lead generation 

• Proposal preparation, pricing, RFP support, reporting 

• Invoicing, contract management and reporting 

• Develop solid understanding of our IA/consumer solutions; our customers, their industry/business to support the planning and execution of sales plan. 

• Prospection and market analysis for potential clients. 

Accounts Receivable

1. Daily Operations

• Prepare and post collection-related journal entries, ensuring end-to-end processing up to collection vouchers
• Monitor and oversee cashier activities, including checking and issuance of Service Invoice and Acknowledgment Receipts (AR)
• Review and respond to emails related to accounts receivable transactions
• Monitor top-up vouchers, including replenishment and reporting

2. Transaction Monitoring G Support (As Needed / PUC)

• Handle and monitor corporate sales transactions (B2B and B2C)
• Track and reconcile Sharetreats transactions
• Monitor Angkas motorcycle maintenance transactions
• Record and track Kaps auto parts-related transactions
• Perform Angcars transaction monitoring
• Monitor and account for advertisement revenue

3. Weekly Tasks

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances
• Monitor and analyze cashless transaction gaps
• Reconcile voucher sales, including:

• SRB5 vs. GCash settlements
• Sharetreats settlements
• Cashless transactions related to top-up activities

4. Month-End Closing Activities

• Prepare and complete detailed bank reconciliations
• Generate and review cashless payment clearing reports, including accruals and reversals
• Prepare top-up clearing reports with corresponding accruals and reversals
• Record revenue accruals for:

• Top-up transactions
• Cashless payments
• Corporate sales
• Ads Revenue
• Motorcycle Loans
• B2B Transactions

• Monitor and reconcile corporate sales utilization
• Prepare billing for:

• Corporate accounts (Corporaate Sales and B2B Transactions)
• Motorcycle loans
• Advertisement revenue

• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) lead schedules
• Issue BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source)
• Prepare and maintain manual accounting books in compliance with regulatory requirements

Tax

1. Prepare monthly tax journal entries and ensure they are accurate.

2. Send required reports and documents to the third party for monthly tax filing.

3. Organize and maintain all BIR-related documents.

4. Coordinate with the third party for any documents or actions needed.

5. Communicate and coordinate directly with BIR representatives, particularly concerning matters related to Letters of Authority (LOA), audits, and other tax-related inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, or Tax Compliance.

• Experience in bank reconciliation, billing, collections, and revenue monitoring.

• Familiarity with BIR regulations, tax filings, and accounting documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle large volumes of transactions.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
