The Product & Data Analyst – Operational is responsible for delivering actionable insights and operational analytics to support product execution, portfolio monitoring, and process efficiency across investment products. This role bridges data, product, and operations, enabling informed decision-making for operational performance reviews, issue resolution, product development support, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Description

• Serve as a data and product analytics specialist supporting operational processes across investment products.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics including transaction hygiene, repayment flow, and portfolio health.
• Generate insights from operational data to identify issues, improve processes, and support data-driven decision making.
• Support product development and feature implementation by providing data analysis, tracking performance, and validating operational impact.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to ensure data visibility and transparency for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance teams to support operational initiatives, troubleshooting, and process scalability.
• Assist in manual data handling, reporting, and reconciliation where system automation is not yet available.
  

• Min experience to handling data analytic 3-4 years
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with (Looker, superset)
• Solid understanding of growth, funnel, and cohort analysis
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Experience in fintech, microfinance, or mass-market analytics is a plus
• Experienced in creating and presenting analytical reports to internal stakeholders, including mid- to senior-level management.
• Able to lead strategic discussions and contribute data-driven inputs to product development and community initiatives.

The IT Manager is responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of technology systems in the hotel. This role ensures that the IT infrastructure supports all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, accounting, food and beverage systems, reservations, and guest internet services. The IT Manager works closely with other department heads to meet their technology needs and resolve technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Management:

  • Oversee daily operation of all IT systems, including servers, networks, PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), CRM, telephone systems, CCTV, and Wi-Fi.

  • Ensure system backups are performed regularly, and data integrity is maintained.

• Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide technical support to hotel staff and ensure prompt resolution of IT issues.

  • Maintain IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other peripheral devices.

• Security and Compliance:

  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect hotel systems and guest information.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

• Project Management:

  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, software implementations, or infrastructure improvements.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement.

• Budgeting and Procurement:

  • Plan and manage the IT budget.

  • Evaluate and recommend hardware/software for purchase in alignment with hotel's needs.

As a Digital Lending - Data Analyst Intern, you will support the team in analyzing user and transaction data, building dashboards, and generating reports to monitor digital lending performance.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to identify insights, improve user journey, and support data-driven decision making. You will also assist in data cleaning and reporting automation to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Job Descriptions

• Collect, clean, and process data from various internal systems and sources.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports (weekly/monthly) related to users, transactions, and digital funnel performance.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving the digital user journey.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to provide insights and data-based recommendations.
• Support documentation of data definitions, metric calculations, and dataset structures.
• Assist in automated reporting (scheduling queries, report generation, and alerting)

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL (required) — able to write queries from scratch.
• Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, pivot, formulas).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and comfortable working with numbers
