Job Descriptions
- To monitor and coordinate on the sales & marketing goals and objectives for the Brand on the Group's vision.
- To assist and support the Brand Manager on planning, compiling, monitoring, preparing and controlling or various reports (such as Yearly Sales Target Planning, Yearly Purchasing Budget Planning, Monthly MIS Reports & Analysis, Promoters' Expenses).
- Coordinating with various department like warehouse, VM, MIS, merchandising and etc.
- To liaise closely with department stores by frequent follow-ups, visits and calls to the relevant person-in-charge to establish good business rapport and relationship.
- To support sales & marketing department by providing relevant information such as market trends, competitors' movements, promotion activities, pricing, strategies and consumers' preferences.
- To maintain good working relationship and cooperation within the Sales & Marketing department and amongst the sales team through effective interpersonal communication skills.
- To strictly adhere to all Consignment Operation Policies and Practices issued by the Sales & Marketing department from time to time and support in their implementations.
- To recommend, develop, implement and manage processes, systems, practices and policies to assist the Group in accomplishing its business objectives - to improve the quality of performance and productivity, and to ensure the smooth running of the department operation.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
