• Design, implement, and oversee overall strategy for Fortune’s Asia Lists and all areas of responsibility
• Lead, guide and manage the Asia Lists team on list development and publication in line with Fortune’s proprietary methodology
• Set standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established policies
• Work with colleagues in the US and elsewhere to contribute to the creation and publication of Fortune’s global lists, where applicable
• Lead and oversee high-priority and special projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including C-suite executives
• Help to activate any applicable sponsorships and develop new business leads and potential collaborations arising from the amplification of our Asia Lists
• Identify and analyse potential market segments and clients to support the Singapore and regional teams in achieving their annual revenue targets
• Support the Asia Events team where needed including moderating panels and/or other special events
• Maintain high service standards and foster a focused, high performing team culture to ensure the smooth coordination of the team’s deliverables

Requirements

• Experience in media, communications and/or business development
• Deep understanding of Asia’s business landscape and its diverse markets
• Effective time management and proven track record in meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as ability to use research tools such as LSEG Refinitiv and/or Bloomberg Professional
• Minimum ten years of experience including in a supervisory role
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Asia regional languages (e.g. Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Malay) will be advantageous

The State Street Alpha team is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead to drive solutions for our clients across all aspects of our Alpha Front to Back platform. Applicants should have a proven track record of understanding and aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with stakeholders including global business architects and product owners to identify business solutions that meet client and product outcomes. This role will be engaged from the start of any new client/prospect interaction, driving solutions and operating model design through the sales process, supporting the implementation to ensure the solution delivered is in line with expectations, and supporting the ongoing client relationship to ensure the client receives maximum value from the Alpha platform.  Applicants should be comfortable working in a high growth, complex, fast paced environment helping to drive the firm’s strategy and Alpha product capabilities. This role will have a particular focus on supporting large, multi asset class, global Investment Managers and as such, applicants should have extensive front to back experience across both public and private markets within the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior, trusted client partner, managing relationships, communication, and client sentiment throughout solution design and delivery

• Consult with Clients to understand their strategy, business objectives, operating model needs and challenges

• Provide subject matter expertise and industry experience to lead Alpha solution discussions

• Capture the current end to end model of the client, and articulate future Alpha value proposition including integration between all stakeholders and state of the art technology architectures

• Solution complex operating models based on detailed understanding of client scope, requirements and goals

• Where multiple solutions may be available, lead discussions and detailed analysis to ensure there is a rigorous review to determine the best solution for the client and the Alpha business

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation

• Translate requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Business Solution Documents that bridge current state needs to strategic outcomes

• Work with teams across State Street to drive strategic alignment, identify challenges in operating model design and call out areas that may require technology builds and changes to the existing operating model

• Influence internal best practice on the approach to operating model design including decision tree criteria where State Street has more than one option to resolve a client requirement

• Grow your individual knowledge of Alpha and the broader State Street solution set such that you can engage across client types on a multi-product basis

• Provide support for Request for Information / Proposals and client presentations

• Ensure solutions align to Alpha product principles, long‑term standards, and scalability objectives

• Apply strong emotional intelligence to manage escalations, resolve tensions, and maintain momentum across internal teams and client stakeholders

• This is a sole contributor role, although will require extensive collaboration and influence across the organisation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working on large transformational programs

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions. Experience with front-to-back investment servicing and operations functions is preferred

• Knowledge of front and middle office technology is an advantage, such as Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, Thinkfolio, SimCorp Dimension, Markit EDM, Eagle Pace, etc.

• Experience with Agile software development, highly configurable systems and leading testing techniques

• Knowledge of Compliance, Performance, Risk and Analytics would also be an advantage

• Ability to travel across the region as required
