The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Manager to take full ownership of the AI engineering team — both its people and its technical quality. You will build and lead the team: hiring, developing, and motivating engineers while ensuring reliable delivery. You will also be the technical gatekeeper: reviewing key technical designs, upholding engineering standards, and identifying technical risks. We are looking for an engineering leader who is technically strong, an effective people manager, and accountable for both delivery outcomes and technical quality.

What You Will Own

People & Team

• Recruit, onboard, and retain AI/ML engineers; own the hiring pipeline, define the technical hiring bar, and participate in technical interviews for key roles

• Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans; build a culture of feedback and growth

• Design team structure, levels, and progression paths as the team scales

Technical Oversight

• Review key technical proposals and architecture designs for feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

• Define and maintain the team’s engineering quality standards (code review norms, testing requirements, documentation, release processes)

• Identify and manage technical risk and technical debt; make sound trade-offs between delivery timelines and technical quality

• Track the evolution of the AIGC landscape (LLMs, diffusion models and video generation, game AI, model deployment, inference optimization) and judge when and whether to adopt new technologies

• Stay deeply engaged on critical technical problems — able to roll up your sleeves and contribute to solution design and troubleshooting when needed

Delivery & Process

• Own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery commitments; be accountable for the team’s delivery outcomes

• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes (planning cadence, incident response, on-call, release management)

• Track and report team health, delivery metrics, and system quality metrics to leadership

Stakeholder & Resource Management

• Act as the primary interface between the AI team and other functions (product, sales, leadership); manage expectations and shield the team from churn

• Own the team’s budget, tooling, and vendor relationships (cloud, GPU/compute, ML platforms)

• Translate business priorities into a clear, executable technical roadmap for the team

What We Are Looking For

Must have

• 8+ years in software/ML engineering, including 3+ years managing engineering teams (hiring, performance management, and delivery ownership)

• Hands-on experience building and operating ML/AI production systems, with solid technical depth: able to independently review architecture designs, read critical code, and make well-grounded technology choices

• A systematic understanding of AI/ML engineering (model training and deployment, data pipelines, inference services, evaluation systems), with practical exposure to LLM or generative model applications (video/image generation)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and saying no with data

• Experience establishing or improving engineering processes and quality standards in small-to-mid-sized teams

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a team from <10 to 20+ engineers

• Zero-to-one delivery experience with AIGC/GenAI products (video generation, AI games, evaluation pipelines, inference cost management, model deployment)

• Familiarity with the Singapore / APAC tech hiring market

• Still hands-on today — able to contribute to prototyping or critical code reviews when necessary

The S&OP Leader will lead the global strategy around the Sales & Operations process for our LCS Business. This strategy includes order plant selection and support product transfers, capacity and material evaluations. These evaluations will set the initial order/project promise date for delivery performance. You will lead the customer communication processes around S&OP coordination between the assigned ETO teams and ISC. Job Purpose

The Construction Manager (Electrical) will lead the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning phases of our EPC/EPCM projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical works—ranging from HT power distribution to ELV systems—are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with Singapore’s regulatory standards (CP5, SS638, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 4 finance staff, providing mentorship, direction, and performance evaluation.

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes for both local Singapore operations and an overseas subsidiary.

• Review journal entries and reconciliation schedules, ensuring financial records are complete, accurate, and aligned with Singapore FRS/IFRS standards.

• Ensure financial reporting complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors for both the Singapore entities and the foreign subsidiary, managing the end-to-end audit process.

• File GST returns accurately and on time.

• Review corporate tax calculations for Singapore operations and coordinate with external tax advisors.

• Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure proper treatment of intercompany transactions.

• Serve as a finance business partner to the overseas subsidiary, delivering financial analysis and guidance to support operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and company policies.

• Prepare and present monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets for the overseas subsidiary.

• Assist with tax computations and transfer pricing documentation for the overseas subsidiary.

• Handle ad-hoc assignments, including government surveys and preparation of management reports as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST, and corporate tax.

• Experience with audit and tax compliance across multiple legal entities.

• Familiarity with cross-border operations (experience involving the Middle East is a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Proven experience managing a team.

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Education

Job Description:

· Serve at the management level as the Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

· Act as liaison between Marketing Authorization Holder of Kowa products marketed in ASEAN countries (ASEAN MAH) and Kowa PV and QA departments in Japan (KCL PV and QA) to ensure smooth day-to-day and long-term operations for relevant PV and QA activities.

Job responsibilities:

· Collect the most current PV and QA related regulatory information in ASEAN countries and suggest necessary actions to ASEAN MAH and KCL PV and QA.

· Constantly evaluate and maintain PV/QA systems relevant with all Kowa products marketed in ASEAN countries.

· Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs related to the PV/QA activities in ASEAN countries.

· Assist in the preparation and review of new drug and post approval regulatory submissions for ASEAN countries.

· Oversee the case handling process of safety information collected from all sources within AESAN countries.

. Provide support to group companies in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and quality assurance activities.

. Maintain and support Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) responsibilities for company products in Singapore.

. Ensure complete and accurate completion of QA related documents including Product release, Change control, Deviation, Product complaint.

· Perform GMP/GDP audit of raw material, finished product manufacturing site, warehouse and distribution center.

· Report to the KPAP RX Chief Operating Officer, KCL PV and QA.

Education:

· Bachelors' Degree of Science, Pharmacy or equivalent is preferred.

Work experience:

· Minimum eight to ten years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance or Quality Assurance related work.

· Must have good track record of working experience with Japanese company.

Requirements:

· Demonstrated ability to manage multinational project to launch pharmaceutical products

· Conversant in GMP/GDP requirement, and medical/pharmacovigilance/regulatory terminology

· Must be fluent in Japanese (both writing and speaking JLPT N1 level) to liaise with our head office in Japan and business counterpart in business letter and contract in Japanese.

· Must be fluent in English at business level (both writing and speaking)
