We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation with a high level of customer service provided at all times. 
What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team and working closley with housekeeping, maintenance and Food & Beverage team
• Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team.
• Take initiative to ensure all interactions with our guests are positive and productive.  
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of the General Manager/Front Office Manager with a high level of customer service provided at all times.
• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests/customers to reach a win-win situation.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.  
• Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests when needed.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency situations.
• Assist with preparation and service of all-day dining orders and cafe orders and assist in the restaurant when needed.

- Menyusun sales forecast serta menetapkan target penjualan untuk setiap personil pada segmen Corporate, Edutainment (sekolah/lembaga pendidikan), dan Komunitas
- Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh aktivitas pre-sales hingga proses penjualan langsung di seluruh segmen
- Melakukan evaluasi pencapaian penjualan terhadap target secara berkala untuk memastikan performa tim tetap optimal
- Mengembangkan dan memperluas jaringan kemitraan (channel management) dengan event organizer, agensi, serta mitra strategis lainnya
- Mengoptimalkan penggunaan kanal Online Travel Agent (OTA) sebagai channel utama distribusi tiket
- Memantau performa penjualan harian di seluruh platform OTA serta memastikan akurasi alokasi kuota tiket (allotment)
- Mengevaluasi efektivitas kerja sama dengan komunitas serta mengukur kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan penjualan
- Mengelola dan memperbarui database prospek (lead database), khususnya dari segmen komunitas
- Merancang dan mengeksekusi program promosi, bundling package, serta strategi pricing di seluruh channel penjualan
- Menganalisis efektivitas program promosi dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis berbasis data
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional terkait penjadwalan kunjungan grup untuk memastikan kelancaran layanan
- Mengawasi aktivitas harian tim (Supervisor, Officer, Admin) guna menjaga produktivitas dan kinerja
- Memastikan akurasi laporan, kelengkapan administrasi, serta kedisiplinan tim sales
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan kinerja bulanan kepada atasan
