Reporting directly to the General Secretary & CEO, the Division Head of Programmes is responsible for the Programmes Division which currently comprises Youth Support (Special Needs), Youth Support (At-Risk), Youth Leadership Development and Community Engagement & Partnerships departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the General Secretary & CEO, the Board, Exco, Programmes & Fundraising Committees and Resource Panels to develop policies, strategies and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of organizational mission, strategy plans, fund-raising and volunteer engagement initiatives.
• Lead team to develop and implement programmes in line with YMCA’s mission and values, ensuring relevance to the needs of youths and community, and maintaining efficient, effective and quality service delivery.
• Ensure financial sustainability of Programmes Division through developing and growing various funding sources including but not limited to donations, private and government grants, programme fees and sponsorships.
• Grow, develop and bond the team to align as One YMCA, aligned with organizational values.
• Support the career growth and development of the staff; build capabilities and capacity of the team.
• Establish structures and processes to guide, support and supervise team to ensure quality execution of programmes, and organizational, regulatory and contractual compliances.
• Actively build and nurture relationships with relevant Statutory Boards, Ministries, Foundations, NCSS, NVPC, NYC, Youth organizations, Social Service Organizations, Corporates, Churches, Grassroots Organizations, People’s Association and related government officials.
• Cultivate and actively engage with internal stakeholders across Divisions, Board & Committees, Y’s Men’s, and affiliated stakeholders like Twinning Ys, Metropolitan YMCA, and other stakeholders associated with the YMCA of Singapore.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A recognised Degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in leadership and management roles.
• Experience in developing and managing youth and community programmes within the social service and/or youth sector in Singapore.
• Experience in fund-raising and/or managing a fund-raising team.
• Confident, financially astute, resourceful and highly energetic.
• Passionate for youth development, volunteer engagement and community service.
• Strong leadership skills, vibrant personality and a natural flair for interacting with people of all levels.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

Planning Activities

• Ensure compliance with Fire Safety, Health & Safety regulations, and internal policies, including the Global Security Manual

Position Statement
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior/ Sales Manager is responsible for driving MICE and group business for the hotel. About the Program

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the deployment of an innovative Autonomous Inspection Robotics Program.

This initiative focuses on introducing robotic solutions to automate repetitive inspection activities, improve traceability, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce the risk of missed defects in mission-critical environments.

The program has already progressed beyond the conceptual stage, with active deployments and pilot activities underway. Success in this role will be measured by effective execution, stakeholder adoption, and seamless integration into operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Maintain accurate and reliable budget dashboards to monitor program expenditure.

• Track actual costs against forecasts and identify potential overruns.

• Escalate budget risks and financial concerns proactively to leadership teams.

• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning activities.

Governance & Program Coordination

• Establish and facilitate effective governance structures and meetings.

• Define and maintain RACI frameworks to ensure clear ownership and accountability.

• Track decisions, actions, and follow-ups to drive timely execution.

• Ensure governance remains efficient, focused, and outcome-oriented.

Stakeholder Communication

Planning & Scheduling

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or PMO within complex programs involving industrial operations, digital transformation, automation, or technology deployment.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong track record in budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight.

• Experience in governance, planning, and risk management practices.

• Comfortable working alongside technical teams and understanding technology-related concepts without being directly responsible for engineering delivery.

• Experience working with suppliers and managing external dependencies.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and identify discrepancies.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from operational teams to senior executives.

Technical Proficiency

Job Description:

Data Management & Transformation

• Leading the organization’s AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritize opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk).
• Designing and delivering enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and to prompt best practices.
• Establishing AI governance and guardrails in collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams (privacy, IP, data handling, model risk).
• Coordinating with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions; manage delivery plans, timelines and dependencies.
