The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Social Key Account Executive to support the management and growth of brands on live commerce platforms, primarily TikTok and Shopee.

This is an execution-focused role where you will assist in campaign coordination, content planning, performance tracking, and daily account management. You will work closely with internal teams and learn how live commerce strategies are built and optimized.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social commerce, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support Brand Performance

• Assist in monitoring daily and weekly performance (NMV/revenue, traffic, conversion, etc.)
• Prepare performance reports and basic data analysis
• Support promotion setup and execution

Assist in Growth & Campaign Planning

• Support the development of monthly activation plans for live streaming and short video campaigns
• Assist in preparing materials for internal reviews or BD pitches

Content Coordination

• Work with internal production teams to align on livestream schedules and content calendar
• Support brainstorming of content ideas based on platform trends
• Track performance of content and summarize key learnings

Platform & Trend Monitoring

• Monitor TikTok and Shopee trends, features, and best practices
• Share relevant updates internally

Account & Stakeholder Support

• Support communication with brands under guidance of senior team members
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, merchandising, performance marketing) to ensure smooth execution
• Support onboarding process for new brands

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social commerce, or related fields
• Strong interest in livestreaming and short video platforms (especially TikTok)
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skillsGood communication and teamwork skills
• Good English proficiency
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics (GMV/NMV, CTR, conversion rate, etc.)
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome

Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with RHG overall mission, vision values and strategies

• Develops and implements human resource strategies that support achievement of the hotel’s goals

• Assists in the development the annual budget in conjunction with the Executive Committee
• Supports on-going compliance training and service brand behavior by working with managers to develop and implement fresh approaches
• Effectively develop and manage the Human Resource department budget

• Conducts employee orientation, management and line employee training
• Coaches managers on effective ways to motivate employees, communicate performance expectations, manage employee performance and recognize exemplary service

Oversees administration of human resources and benefits issues and ensures adherence to employment related laws

• Keeps current on applicable human resources laws including discrimination, health and safety, privacy, etc.
• Oversees all union issues and participates in the negotiation of contracts as appropriate or works with management on union avoidance
• Maintains all employment records in accordance with the law
• Ensures Payroll and Benefits have required information for accurate and timely processing of employee information, as needed participate in local market research of benefits as appropriate
• Work with Legal and the regional HR department to coordinate the hotel’s response to legal claims regarding the employment relationships
• Create, communicate and enforce employee related policies and ensure that employees adhere to employment rules and regulations
• Create a safe environment for guests, employees and community by creating, communicating and enforcing safety, loss prevention, and business resiliency standards.
