What You’ll Do

As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will:

Job Responsibilities

1.Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups on outstanding balances
• Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, processing payments, and vendor reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions

2.Accounting & Reconciliation

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Verify financial data and reconcile discrepancies in accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining ledger accuracy

3.Month-End Closing

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data

4.Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide general administrative support to the finance team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Support documentation and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (AP/Accounting certifications such as AAP or CPA are a plus)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar finance role
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAGE, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
