Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Senior Payroll Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Payroll Executive

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer monthly payroll cycles, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Gather and validate attendance, overtime, allowance, deduction, and other payroll-related information from HR and project teams.
• Ensure payroll is processed within tight timelines and free of discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue payslips, payroll reports, and related summaries for management review.
• Handle statutory contributions, tax submissions, and other required payroll filings in line with local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly, providing clear and timely responses to employee queries.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and efficient handling of payroll matters.
• Support internal and external audits, annual reconciliations, and compliance checks related to payroll.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing full-cycle payroll, preferably from construction industry.
• Strong understanding of local employment and payroll regulations, statutory reporting, and compliance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge with any HRIS or payroll software will be an advantage.

Job Description 

• Recruit and deploy workers/ supervisors for existing and new sites 

• Effective instruction and management of manpower on site to ensure delivery of daily operations  

• Plan and schedule rosters based on available manpower  

• Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise 

• Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls 

• Fulfil clients’ expectations and requirements and ensure good customer relations 

• Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues 

• Ensure a high standard of performance as per contract requirements 

• Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below-standard performance

Requirements 

• Degree or Diploma Holders

This role works closely with the Founder and Operations Teamto execute marketing campaigns, manage content, and strengthen K.STAR’s premiumentertainment brand across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Content Marketing      

Execute KSTAR brand messaging across social media, Website and in-store materials.

Assit in Content creation including:

• Short media posts
• Short-form video
• Poster and visual assets
• Caption EDMs and simpler Copywriting

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage daily content posting on platforms such as

•  Instagram/Tikrok/Xiaohongshu(RED)/Wechat
• Monitor engagement, comments, DMs and customer interactions
• Support  digital marketing initiative including:

• paid advertisementsPromotionsand influencer KOL collaborations (if any)

Campaigns & Promotions

Support marketing Campaigns for:

• Membership promotions
• Corporate Clients & events
• Seasonal festive campaigns 

• Assist in on-ground promotion and event execution

Corporate & Partnershipsupport 

• Prepare simple marketing material for corporate Clients (PDF decks, visuals, post)

Support branding:

•  Corporate eventsTeam-building activitiesand private functions.Assist in partnership and collaboration marketing initiatives.

Performance Tracking

• Track basic marketing metrics such as
• ReachEngagement Leads
• Bookings
• Andprepare simple reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communications, Medial or related field.1 – 3 year experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships of portfolio may considered)
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and WeChat
• Basic content creation skills (copywriting, short videos, simple visuals)
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, claims, and overtime data to support payroll processing and compliance.
• Ensure HR documents, forms, and records are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee daily office and store operations, including facilities, supplies, utilities, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and other operational services.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, inventory records, price updates, and store supplies.
• Arrange courier services and coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Handle POS administration, invoice processing, payments, and claims.
• Update internal systems with product and inventory information and maintain proper filing of records.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, purchases, and administrative activities.
• Support ad-hoc projects, marketing administration, and store improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proficient in MS Office, including pivot tables, formulas (SUMIF, VLOOKUP) and dashboards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with staff and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet operational deadlines.
