About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Sales Executive.

*Please note this is a fixed term contract role for 3 months.

Our client, Procter & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the West Melbourne area and surrounds. You will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below: 

• Selling in core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
• Implementation of product layouts
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

Key selection criteria:

• Valid driver licence and reliable car

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented (Senior) Relationship Officer (SRO) to join our team in Jakarta. This role is focused on business hunting, identifying and acquiring clients with potential assets for secured financing. You will play a key role in expanding our loan portfolio by generating leads, managing client relationships, and providing tailored financing solutions that fit the borrowers’ needs.

What you will do:

• Proactively source, identify, and acquire new clients with potential collateralized assets suitable for secured lending.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships by understanding their evolving business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and structure appropriate financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry movements, and competitors’ activities.

What we are looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in secured lending, B2B sales, or financial institutions with exposure to collateral-based financing.
• Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients; not limited to SME cash flow analysis but focused on asset-backed lending opportunities.
• Experience in managing a portfolio or target with ticket sizes up to IDR 5 billion (maximum cap at IDR 10 billion).
• Strong understanding of general industry landscapes, with specialization in 1–2 key industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Hunter mindset with strong critical thinking and analytical capability.
